Hi parents,
We had a very good final dress rehearsal/first performance for the school yesterday morning. I know you will all enjoy the performances this weekend!
A couple of things: MK Dodson is missing her red makeup bag. She had it on Tuesday, but when we were packing up the locker room where we were dressing, she couldn’t find it. Can you check through your child’s things and see if it didn’t get gathered up by mistake. There was a lot of makeup in the bag that will be expensive for her to replace.
The call time for the students is 6:00 tonight. The performance begins at 7:30 and should be done by about 9:00. We need to clean up the stage/locker room/chorus room before the students can leave.
On Sunday, the call time is 12:30. The performance begins at 2:00. When the performance is over, we need to strike the set, return and sort the costumes, return props to their owners and put everything away. This should take about 1 hour. At that time, the students will be released. If there are a couple parents with tools to take apart the beds, that would be helpful.
